Suppression

What you push down does not disappear. It goes underground, where it grows heavier, darker, and more explosive. Suppression is the act of denying your truth — swallowing your anger, hiding your pain, pretending everything is fine.

This card appears when something inside you desperately needs to be expressed. An emotion, a need, a boundary that has been silenced. The pressure is building, and if it isn't released consciously, it will find its own way out — through illness, outbursts, or depression.

What are you not saying? What are you not allowing yourself to feel? It is safe to let it out. In fact, it is necessary.
